A-Motion Plasma Pro Elbow Protectors

• The Nucleon PLASMA element in the elbow protector is constructed from a bio-based viscoelastic impact-absorbing compound, with no less than 25% bio-based content and molded into a precision-engineered geometry. While the PLASMA material dissipates impact energy and significantly reduces transmitted forces through controlled material response, the low-profile PLASMA geometry is specifically developed to compress and extend with movement while supporting airflow through its channeled and highly-perforated design.
• Nucleon PLASMA inserts are highly perforated for excellent breathability and core cooling.
• Ergonomic, time-saving, slip-on design with elasticated silicone printed hems to prevent slippage and help keep elbow protectors securely in position when riding.
• PLASMA protector inserts are contoured to offer a compressed, anatomical fit.
• Flat inward-facing seams for added comfort and ‘second skin’ feel and fit.
• Central compression band to prevent slippage.

Nucleon PLASMA Elbow Protector Insert (EN 1621-1:2012) - Level 2

Nucleon PLASMA Technology
Alpinestars' Nucleon PLASMA Technology uses a bio-based viscoelastic impact-absorbing compound with no less than 25% bio-based content for effective impact protection. The PLASMA material dissipates impact energy and significantly reduces transmitted forces through controlled material response.

Precision-engineered PLASMA geometry
The Nucleon PLASMA element is molded into a precision-engineered, low-profile geometry designed to compress and extend with movement. Its channeled, highly perforated design supports airflow for excellent breathability and core cooling, while the contoured PLASMA protector inserts offer a compressed, anatomical fit.

Abrasion-resistant panel and ripstop reinforcements
A highly abrasion-resistant textile front panel and strategically positioned ripstop fabric reinforcements provide abrasion resistance and added durability.

Removable Nucleon PLASMA insert
The Nucleon PLASMA insert is removable for ease of washing.

Breathable stretch mesh
The elbow protector fabric is constructed from highly flexible, lightweight, breathable stretch mesh for a comfortable, snug fit.

Pre-curved ergonomic design
The pre-curved, ergonomic design optimizes performance in various riding positions.

Slip-on design and retention
The ergonomic, time-saving slip-on design incorporates elasticated silicone printed hems to prevent slippage and help keep the elbow protectors securely in position when riding. A central compression band also prevents slippage.

Flat inward-facing seams
Flat inward-facing seams provide added comfort and a ‘second skin’ feel and fit.
