Engineered for all forms of off-road riding, the Bionic XTR PLASMA Protection Jacket features anatomically profiled Nucleon PLASMA protectors mounted in a soft-touch chassis on highly breathable padding for supreme levels of protection, comfort, light weight, and airflow. This jacket is equipped with a composite Nucleon PLASMA and semi rigid thermoplastic protector construction on the chest, back, shoulders, and elbows for maximum impact protection while being supremely adaptive.

Floating chest system: Nucleon PLASMA core with a semi‑rigid thermoplastic exoshell on open‑structure padding for lightweight, adaptive impact control and high airflow.
Articulated side wings: independently mounted panels wrap the ribcage to preserve mobility and deliver a secure performance fit.
Floating back system: composite PLASMA layout with a central semi‑rigid zone to distribute impact loads across the spine area while flexing naturally with body movement.
Neck brace integration: removable back puck enables rapid, clean compatibility with Bionic Neck Support setups.
Shoulder and elbow modules: removable protectors on breathable stretch sleeves with twin thermoplastic caps to enhance slide resistance and impact performance without restricting motion.
